was chosen, respecting the Florentine architectural tradition.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"> <\/li><li><p><strong>Improvement of thermal insulation<br><\/strong>The application of a <strong>thermal coat<\/strong> with high-density EPS panels (thickness varying between 10 and 12 cm) has significantly reduced heat dispersion.<br><strong>PVC windows<\/strong> with low-emissivity glass (double\/triple glazing) have been installed, equipped with special seals to ensure the absence of thermal bridges and optimal acoustic insulation.<br>Thanks to these solutions, the condominium benefits from a <strong>reduction in energy consumption<\/strong> and a significant decrease in winter and summer dispersion.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Plant and electrical adaptation<br><\/strong>The refurbishment of the systems was designed to improve the overall efficiency of the building: common areas now feature high-efficiency <strong>LED lighting<\/strong> equipped with motion sensors and timers, as evidenced by the new lighting fixtures.<br><strong>Fiber optic conduits<\/strong> and new grounding lines have been installed to ensure greater electrical safety, in compliance with current regulations.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Recovery and enhancement of common areas<br><\/strong>Special attention was paid to the interior finishes of shared spaces (entrance hall, stairwell, atrium). High-quality <strong>ceramic coverings<\/strong> were used, resistant to wear and easy to clean.<br>Accessibility has been improved with the installation of <strong>anti-slip systems<\/strong> and an
