New Spaces for Audiovisual Creativity<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

From an architectural and functional<\/strong> perspective, the new configuration will host:<\/p>

  • four sound stages<\/strong> with a total area of approximately 650 m\u00b2<\/strong>, optimized for various production needs;<\/li>
  • a large technical storage area with a mezzanine portion of about 280 m\u00b2<\/strong>, designed to ensure maximum storage flexibility;<\/li>
  • new sanitary facilities to support activities and personnel.<\/li><\/ul>

    The spaces have been designed to ensure efficiency, comfort, and visual identity, with clear pathways, industrial materials, and essential geometries that highlight the productive character of the complex.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The intervention also includes the construction of two metal frame structures:<\/p>

    • the first structure is intended for the creation of the mezzanine<\/strong> with a corresponding steel staircase<\/strong>;<\/li>
    • the second structure is functional for the installation of walls<\/strong> that separate the stages from the central corridor, precisely defining the new internal spatiality.<\/li><\/ul>

      A Clean and Technical Architectural Language that Reflects the Productive Identity of the Space.<\/p>

      On the plant engineering level, the project integrates state-of-the-art air conditioning technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>

      A VRV heat pump system<\/strong> composed of two external heat pump units<\/strong>, with a nominal heating power of 56kW and a nominal cooling power of 56 kW, and high static pressure ducted indoor units<\/strong> serving the stages. The system integrates two ventilation units with 2000 m\u00b3\/h heat recovery<\/strong>, ensuring high energy efficiency and uniform air distribution. <\/p>

      A second VRV system, dedicated to ventilation<\/strong> and primary air treatment<\/strong>, ensures constant quality and healthiness of the environments<\/strong>, with an external heat pump unit of 28 kW<\/strong> and three direct expansion coils<\/strong>, supported by three heat recovery units of<\/strong> 2000 m\u00b3\/h.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      For the three-dimensional survey of the building, the Leica BLK360 G2 Laser Scanner<\/strong> was used, characterized by high precision and rapid acquisition.<\/p>

      The instrument allowed for obtaining a high-density point cloud<\/strong>, useful for generating accurate digital models of the structure, ensuring high metric quality and excellent geometric representation of the surveyed surfaces.<\/p>
