Situated among the picturesque Tuscan hills, the Fattoria Casalbosco complex represents a place rich in history and tradition, set in a landscape of extraordinary beauty. The redevelopment project was designed to enhance the historical identity of the structure, integrating the most modern architectural and sustainable solutions.
Project Objectives
The main objective was the restoration of existing structures, respecting the original architecture and the typical characteristics of Tuscan rural homes. The intervention aimed to make the complex a benchmark for sustainable and quality tourism, preserving its historical and landscape value.
Completed interventions
- Renovation of historical buildings: Each unit has been restored with particular attention to architectural details, using local materials such as stone and wood to ensure a perfect balance between tradition and modern comfort.
- Improvement of energy efficiency: Renewable energy systems, such as photovoltaic panels, have been installed, and insulation interventions have been carried out to reduce energy consumption.
- Redevelopment of outdoor spaces: The gardens and common areas have been designed to offer an immersive experience, with panoramic paths, relaxation areas, and an infinity pool that blends with the landscape.
- Creation of new services: The introduction of a wellness area and a tasting cellar allows guests to enjoy moments of well-being and discover the gastronomic excellences of the area.
